Influencer Marketing Manager

We're looking for someone experienced in finding and managing influencers and content creators on social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube to promote our brands. Here is an overview of the type of tasks you can expect to perform in this role:

1. Generate influencer leads from all major social media platforms that meet specific criteria each week
2. Communicate with the influencers and manage negotiations as per our internal targets
3. Manage product shipments to influencers, track the delivery and receiving of their content
4. Handle reporting the performance of the influencer content on social media

We have many internal processes and systems to manage the end-to-end influencer marketing process. We're looking for a fast learner whose strengths are organization and clear communication.

Once onboarding/training is complete and you are underway, we would ask that you be available 24 hours a week. If everything goes as planned, we'll be happy to expand your position to full-time in the future.
