We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Multimedia Videographer to join our team. This position requires specialized experience in wedding videography, particularly within an agency setting, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional same-day edits. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to capture and create visually stunning videos.

Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality footage of wedding events, ceremonies, receptions, and related activities, ensuring exceptional video and audio quality.
- Collaborate closely with clients, wedding planners, and other tea ---------- mbers to understand their vision and requirements for each project.
- Implement creative concepts and ideas to effectively capture the unique essence and emotions of each wedding event.
- Edit footage into cohesive and engaging videos, paying close attention to sequencing, pacing, and overall narrative structure.
- Create impressive same-day edits, producing highlight videos that encapsulate the day's events and emotions, to be presented during the wedding reception.
- Stay up to date with the latest videography trends, techniques, and equipment to ensure the highest level of quality and innovation in the final deliverables.
- Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and readiness for each assignment.
- Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure the seamless transfer of footage and efficient completion of final edits.
- Adhere to project deadlines and deliver videos within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multimedia Videographer, with a focus on wedding videography, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous wedding videos and same-day edits.
- Proficiency in operating professional video cameras, audio equipment, and lighting setups.
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in video style and brand guidelines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and tea ---------- mbers.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines, particularly when producing same-day edits.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
