JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Performance Manager to join our team. As the Digital Performance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns, ensuring their success and alignment with our business objectives. Your expertise in campaign setup, analytics, and technical aspects of launching campaigns, including experience with lead management in CRMs like HubSpot, will be crucial in driving our marketing initiatives forward.


Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversion rates.
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across various digital channels, including paid search and paid social platforms.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance, working closely with analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and leveraging dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Utilize CRMs like HubSpot to effectively manage leads generated from digital campaigns, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing for conversion.
- Conduct regular analysis of campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for optimizing campaigns and improving overall marketing performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our marketing strategies.
