We are looking for a podcast marketing manager to our team.
Our preferences:
- ability to understand the subject of construction technology and stakeholders in the construction
- creating and managing tight budget for marketing campaigns including SEO, LinkedIn, Instagram,
- management and understanding of our website creation; proactive and purposeful / holistic inclusion of website content within social media marketing
- creativity to this role is important, we are not going to be telling you what to do but will expect you to be proactive in ‘taking things off ground ‘approach
- creating engagement with audience by creation of marketing
- need to get into nitty gritty of things rather than superficial insights
- deep understanding of marketing techniques for podcasting; the moment we need to teach you any of these is the moment we should part ways
- creating juicy and knowledgeable marketing information brochures for corporate audience / clients
- understating of corporate outreach and culture within corporate world including well balanced
- weekly meetings and reporting on what happened and what will happen in the weeks to come
- very important! If you actively work with other clients we don’t want to work with you as you don’t know when you get too busy and keep our matters ad second / third priority; based on our experience this is dead end so please keep looking further; we are happy if you have full time job and work only with us on the side
- share of profits depending on the results
- sponsor management including making sure that sponsor gets value from being a sponsor; again deep understanding of stakeholder role within bigger picture
- creating compelling marketing information including videos, snippets, shorts
