JOB OVERVIEW

Home Office Requirements:
-Stable internet connection with at least 15-20 Mbps (must provide a screenshot /link of a speed test)
-Computer (at least 8GB Ram and Intel is an i5 core processor ) - (must provide a screenshot /link)
-Noise Canceling Headset
-Backup Internet Connection

Schedule:
Be available 8-5 pm CST, Monday to Friday - Full Time Position (Should not be employed by any other insurance agency)

The insurance customer service role will consist of answering inbound calls and making outbound calls for service and new business ---------- will be a mixture of data entry, inbound/outbound calls, insurance quoting and customer service. The customer service representative will answer calls using a script with an excellent clear pleasant tone and complete a prepared templates for existing and potential customers.


We are looking for a Insurance Customer Service Representative (with Personal line insurance knowledge is a plus!) Training provided

Qualified Candidates must have the following:
Personal line insurance knowledge
Be available 8-5 pm CST, Monday to Friday
Have a working computer, stable internet, and noise-canceling headphones
Not be employed by any other insurance agency
Knowledge of AMS360 or Ezlynx - Preferred but training is provided
