Financial Analyst - Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our finance team and play a crucial role in working directly for the CFO.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, monitoring, and analysis of the company's financial budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support the CFO in preparing investor presentations, financial statements, and other ad hoc reports as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and financial modeling.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Solid understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis.
Experience in working with large datasets, data visualization tools, and financial reporting systems.
