Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement a robust YouTube/Podcast growth strategy.
Conduct SEO keyword research to boost views and engagement.
Manage content scheduling and coordinate video uploads.
Craft compelling video titles, descriptions, and tags.
Foster a positive, interactive community through effective community management.
Monitor analytics to understand viewer behavior and adjust strategy as ---------- anize videos into playlists for enhanced viewer experience.
Implement strategies to grow our subscriber base organically.
Handle copyright issues and ensure compliance with YouTube's policies.
Liaise with our creative team to design eye-catching thumbnails

Work hours are 5:00 am PST - 9:00 am PST Mon - Fri


Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels.
Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, and keyword research.
Excellent communication and community management skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in YouTube analytics and reporting.
Strong copywriting skills
Stable Internet and Electricity
Speak English
