Email Marketing Specialist - Permanent WFH

MedPro Disposal is looking for passionate marketers to join our in-house agency specializing in the execution of marketing campaigns for B2B healthcare service companies. With over 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry, we’re looking to grow our marketing team by finding individuals who are creative, organized, and eager to help our clients reach their target audience so they can provide value-added solutions for healthcare providers nationwide.

The right fit will be someone who gets pumped when they are planning, executing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on building awareness and increasing lead generation. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Email Specialist will be given ownership of some of the many routes our clients take to market. The perfect candidate will see this position as an incredible opportunity for professional growth.

Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST (Monday-Friday), Fixed Saturday and Sunday off

***Responsibilities:


Email Marketing Specialist

- How to source data for sending cold emails
- Manage tools (Outreach and others) for sending out cold emails
- Write emails
- Manage inboxes, some light follow-up for emails on behalf of the outbound sales team

REQUIREMENTS:
- A graduate with Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any course
- 2 years of Email Marketing/Digital Marketing and virtual assistant experience in Marketing are required
- Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office suite; marketing automation technology
- Flexible– Willing to take on tasks, instructions, and/or work requests as needed
- Resilient– Can work with less supervision, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and multi-task effectively
- Strong project management skills; An ability to work under tight deadlines


Basic Technical Requirements:

• Your own laptop/desktop PC with backup. The following minimum specs: i5 5th gen; 8GB RAM; Mozilla or Chrome installed
• A consistent and stable internet connection with a minimum of 20Mbps with a backup internet connection
• Backup power source
• Noise-canceling headset/headphones
• A quiet and dedicated workspace at home
