Finance Accounts Payable - Permanent WFH

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Accounts Payable - Data Entry

- Data Entry; keeping track of all payments and expenditures (payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.)
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintaining historical records; reviewing data for completeness and accuracy
- Accounts Payable experience; collaboration with departments upstream of the AP functions to ensure proper flow of information.


Qualifications:

- Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or any 4-year related course
- 1-2 years experience with accounts payable is a MUST!
- With virtual assistance experience
- Must have excellent oral and written English communication kills
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial procedures
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
- Consistent, accurate, and with an eye for details
- Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers
- Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Resilient – Can work with less supervision, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and multi-task effectively


Basic Technical Requirements:
- Your laptop/desktop PC with minimum specs: i5 5th gen and above/AMD equivalent; 8GB RAM; Mozilla or Chrome installed; Windows 8 upwards.
- A consistent and stable internet connection of at least 20Mbps with a backup internet connection
- Noise-canceling headset/headphones
