Vacation Rental Operations Lead

We are looking for someone who can maintain organization and perspective while juggling different tasks simultaneously. Both a strength in and preference for consistent email communications is a must. We are looking for someone with the following:

- Professionalism in all forms of communication, such as email, phone, video, and texts
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- 3+ years of experience with Short-Term Rental / Airbnb Management
- Experience working with Hostfully, Airbnb, Breezeway, and other STR Management tools
- Experience working directly with guests and vendors to solve issues promptly
- Strong and consistent internet

Tasks will include:

- Guest Communications
- Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay
- Problem-solve potential guest issues
- Escalate to local vendors as needed to resolve guest issues
- Vendor Management
- Coordinate, manage, and ensure all local vendors are performing 5-star work
- Source local vendors (cleaners, maintenance, HVAC, etc.)
- Ensure all cleanings and inspections are scheduled, assigned, and confirmed promptly and accurately
- Ensure all property maintenance (damage, pool, lawn, pest, snow removal, etc.) is scheduled, assigned, and confirmed
in a timely and accurate manner
- Create and manage the various checklists for each property and escalate and schedule any issues as needed
- Create and update listings on Airbnb, VRBO, and more through our PMS
- Manage a database of property information and common guest questions
- Manage and monitor our team of communications agents
- Resolve claims/disputes with Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms

Although the work can be done from anywhere, we prefer that you work on EST or equivalent time zones.
