Software Program Design

I am wanting a piece of software designed; similar to an excel spreadsheet which can plan my deliveries, routes and automatically calculate times to deliver and travel times hopefully via gps or google maps etc

This will make my life much simpler when organising my deliveries for my business so hopefully this can be done.
