Loan Processor- Australian Mortgage

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Liaise with clients and brokers to gather information and documentation needed for the loan
application
• Documents verification
• Input the data in software and lodge application online
• Liaise with all stakeholders to process the application to formal approval
• Constantly update the brokers/ clients with the progress of the application
• Follow up with lenders and clients via phone or email for the application’s updates
• Enter information in various portals and systems
• Constantly upgrade policy and product knowledge through ongoing training

Qualifications and Experience:
• At least 1 to 2 years Australian mortgage loan processing experience
• Must have an experience in any Australian Mortgage CRM
• Excellent attention to detail
• High level of spoken and written English communication skills
• Has excellent problem-solving skills and a quick learner
• Analytical and numeracy skills
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Good interpersonal skills.
