FAST Short Form Video Editor Needed

Video editor aka "shreditor" needed. Converting my long form clips into short form ---------- B-Roll, captions, or animations needed. This gig will be watching the event recordings (30 minutes to 1 hour long) and understanding the best clips of the recording to convert into clips that are 4 minutes or less.

Pay delivered in increments (24% when the first quarter of videos are completed, etc)

About 30 total long form videos to edit down into clips. (4-5 clips per video, but again - no b-roll, captions, or animations needed)

Project estimated completion 7/21/23.

Must know how to listen and comprehend the event's purpose to select the most impactful quotes / Q&As.
