JOB OVERVIEW

In response to sustained growth, InTech Together, a Dental MSP, is expanding its Support Desk Center. The Support Technician plays an integral role in the Support Desk Center (SDC) helping our clients' Dental Offices maintain critical uptime.

Support Desk Technicians are the clients' primary resource for information and support of their services. Clients depend on the SDC to provide timely and sound solutions to any situation that might arise during their daily work in the dental field. Support Desk Technicians must have excellent client service skills and be able to deliver a seamless and positive experience for clients seeking industry leading IT and cloud services.

The typical day of a Support Desk Technician will be to receive ticket requests from our offices, determine the root cause to their concern and issues, effectively communicate via email, web-chat, or phone and then begin to fix their requested issue. This individual could also asked to do backend maintenance for different reasons, make calls to 3rd party services, be assigned tasks to complete, look through list of after-hours tickets to help InTech prepare for the next morning, be responsible for multiple web-chats at a time, update software on multiple computers, etc.

We're based on Central Time zone in the United States but there would be normal US business hours as well as a split shift time opportunities.
