Etsy ranking expert to help improve rankings on keywords

We are looking to hire an expert in etsy ranking to improve keyword ranks on specific keywords on our listings.
We have good sales but we are looking to target certain keywords whil we know will result in sales as we have a great high quality product, we are the manufacturer and we do not dropship.
