Xero Accounting Software Specialist - Project-Based Training for Staff
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Xero accounting software specialist to provide project-based training for our staff. As a Xero specialist, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance our team's proficiency in utilizing the Xero accounting software.

Responsibilities:

*Assess the current skill level and knowledge gaps of our staff members regarding Xero accounting software.
*Develop a comprehensive training plan and curriculum to address identified needs and objectives.
*Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and hands-on exercises to educate staff members on Xero features, functionalities, and best practices.
*Customize training materials to suit our organization's specific accounting processes and workflows.
*Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff members during the training period, addressing their questions and concerns.
*Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, providing constructive feedback and additional training as needed.

Requirements:

*Proven experience as a Xero accounting software specialist
*In-depth knowledge and expertise in utilizing Xero accounting software, including advanced features and reporting capabilities.
*Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
*Previous experience in delivering training or coaching sessions, preferably in a corporate environment.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
*Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and deliver training sessions within the project timeline.
*Ability to adapt training approaches and materials to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
*Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
*Flexibility to work on a project-based schedule (UK time)
*Relevant certifications or qualifications in Xero accounting software (e.g., Xero Advisor Certification) are preferred.
