Job Description:
We are looking for a proficient Meta and Google Ads Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate should be well versed in the operation of advertising platforms, specifically Meta (formerly Facebook) and Google Ads. The role involves creating ads based on the strategies provided by our ad team and using materials provided by our creative team, following our standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities:

Execute ad creation on Meta and Google platforms according to provided strategies and SOPs.
Collaborate with the advertising and creative teams to ensure the ads align with our brand and campaign goals.
Regularly monitor and maintain ad campaigns, making necessary adjustments as per team directives.
Provide insights and suggestions for ad performance improvement based on campaign data.
Requirements:

Proven experience with operating Meta's advertising system is required. Familiarity with Google Ads is a plus.
Strong understanding of digital advertising principles and platform functionalities.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
