We are a well-established blog focusing on lighting festivals around the world, seeking a dedicated and creative virtual assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating new content, updating existing posts with fresh information, and providing general administrative support. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 30 hours per month.

**Responsibilities:**

- Write engaging and informative blog content about lighting festivals worldwide.
- Regularly update existing posts with new information as it becomes available.
- Conduct thorough research on lighting festivals to support content creation.
- Manage emails and respond to reader inquiries promptly.
- Schedule and manage an active calendar of blog posts.
- Utilize AI tools to optimize content and improve reader engagement.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage and update the WordPress website as needed.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant role, such as content creation or blogging.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in content creation and optimization.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of lighting festivals or similar events is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with WordPress is highly desirable.
