Professional Technical Writer for Website Content, Good at making Research, Good English Gramnmar

The person I need will be doing a web content about the Construction Industry in the Philippines. I need someone who can do quality work be passionate about the task being done and can really be proud of it. I need some one who is good at time management. (I can give you enough time to finish work).

This work needs a lot of research with some goverment agencies and some associations related to the Construction Industry. I also need the worker to be Metro-Manila based as most of the Goverment offices are located in Manila.
