OBM - Business Development & Systems Expert

We are a dynamic Architectural Design and Drafting firm based in New Zealand with our operations hub in Cebu. We're looking for an extraordinary Online Business Manager who specializes in systems and process development to join us on this exciting journey.

Key responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the owner, leadership team, and Cebu team manager to craft and implement efficient workflow processes, driving improvement in the successful delivery of our projects.

- Head our New_Co_Development leadership team, conduct weekly meetings, and instill a culture of accountability that aligns with the strategic direction of the owner's vision.

Ideal Candidate:

- Has a proven track record of developing scalable franchise type business models.

- Brings a robust background in business management and administration, with preference given to experience at an operational management level.

- Is skilled at managing remote teams and has a background in BPO.

- Has experience in web development and digital business models, especially in designing scalable platforms that foster remote team growth.

- Is ready to stretch into a C-Level role and displays a proactive, ambitious mindset.
