Google Ads Campaign Manager

I started my own Google Ads agency this March in Florida. We focus on helping local businesses get results through Google Ads. Our current clients are in the staffing and transportation industries, but we are looking to expand into the home services and med spa industries in the upcoming weeks.

I have a full-time day job aside from the agency, and I currently do all of the fulfillment: the landing page creation, keyword research, campaign setup, conversion tracking installation and testing, weekly optimization, weekly/monthly reports (you get the point) and sales/marketing/getting new clients obviously.

I am limited in time to provide a high-quality service to my clients. Therefore, I am looking for an experienced individual that can focus on the fulfillment side for our clients.

This person would need to help achieve the following:

1. Fast setup time: 3-5 business days from signing to having the campaign running with a landing page.
2. Excellent results for clients: beautiful campaign/ad group structure, strong keyword research strategy, and correctly installed conversions to provide the best results for our clients.
3. Great optimization skills: be able to analyze results from Google intelligently and improve our clients campaigns performance.

Requirements for the person that I am looking for:

1. Show 3 to 5 successful past Google Ads campaigns in similar industries.
2. Highly available during business hours.
3. Have a deep understanding of Google Ads campaigns (be able to manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns).
4. Must live in an English-speaking country or know English very well.
5. (Optional) Ability to create and set up high-converting landing pages for accounts. Show 3 to 5 landing pages created.
