Director of Operations for Ecommerce Business

We're looking for a rockstar to help us build a team in the Philippines!

Be part of a successful eCommerce venture – spanning 6 different brands and product categories (sporting goods, healthcare, fashion and design oriented products). Each of the six businesses are unique and all have seen 2-3X year over year growth since their inception in 2012. Combined, we are currently shipping approximately 1,000 orders per day in the USA.

Be mentored by two owners who have extensive industry experience and backgrounds - the owners have bought and sold businesses, worked at large international companies such as Google and attended prestigious universities (Oxford, Stanford, Columbia).

The owners are looking for a key player to continue the growth of the business and branch out into new endeavors. The business manufactures its own branded products throughout China and Pakistan and imports and sells them all in the USA market. The majority of the sales are currently on Amazon.com but part of the responsibility of the employee is to grow direct ecommerce sales and expand to additional counties. Responsible for executing and/or managing additional team members, depending on the candidate’s strengths. Main responsibilities include:
• Managing product photography and graphic designer(s)
• Manage Back-end functions of Amazon Seller Central
• Manage designers/developers to build and manage several simple Shopify stores. Creating contents for websites (how-to lists and videos)
• Build social media presence (Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube and bloggers)
• Build team to field inbound customer support emails and phone calls
