We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated success in initiating and carrying out strategic plans / initiatives / projects that led to meaningful increases in sales / revenue. Please be prepared to discuss specific, verifiable examples.

Connected to the above, we’re looking for someone with “executive-level” abilities / skills / mindsets — meaning the ability to be self-led, self-driven, and self-executing when it comes to both project-generation and problem-identification and problem-solving for issues big or small. We need someone who doesn’t wait for someone else (i.e. a boss or coworker) to identify problems; or to suggest solutions / new ideas. We need someone who self-initiates, and when doing so, demonstrates sound business judgement (i.e. executive-level thinking). Please be prepared to discuss examples of this type of mindset and examples of when you were successful in using them in ways that led to verifiable increases in sales / revenue.

1. Can you provide a brief overview of your career journey? (1 minute)
2. What were your last two job roles and responsibilities in each?
3. Which skills would you consider yourself an expert in?
4. How do you approach creating and managing email campaigns? Can you explain your workflow and the apps you use?
5. Have you worked directly with a CEO or Director before? If so, what tasks did you handle in that role?
6. Could you share a challenging situation you encountered in your previous work experience and describe what happened?
7. What is your strategy for following up with contacts who haven't responded to your communications?
8. Can you share an example of a situation where your self-initiation and executive thinking led to verifiable increases in sales or revenue? How? please give some examples.
9. If you need to introduce your Boss to another person, what will be your process, where and how will you contact the other party, what will you write, what information will you share.
10. If your CEO will join an offline event, how will you help him to make the opportunity productive, what will you do before and after the event.
11. Are you currently employed? if not pls share why and what is your current or last salary
