Podio personalisation

Looking for some assistance to work through customising the apps and modules in Podio so it fits my business process. I have set one workspace up but it seems like there is duplication at the beginning of the sales crm process and not automated enough.

If you have set up Podio before then I don't think I am doing anything complicated.
