Video Packaging Editor

We are looking to hire a video packaging editor for a social media service we have been running for the last year (so we have a lot of processes in place!)

- What is video packaging, you might ask? Good question! A video packaging editor is responsible of adding a graphic frame, a progress bar, brand colour and the stylized .SRT files to each clips, for ---------- short, you are not in charge of the main edit!

- Oh cool (you'd say), that sounds like fun!

- Absolutely! And you know what's the best thing about this position?

- Each projects is comprised of 30 short video clips. The good news is that each project is based on 15 clips in two different formats: 4:5 AND 9:16 format. These clips are short since they are created with social media in mind. Once the 15 clips are formatted for the 4:5 clips, you basically need to duplicate them for the 9:16 format. If you are organized and creative, the workload on each project should be about an 8 hours maximum work load. Max!

- You need to have a fast Internet connection, the availability to perform a quick turn around and Adobe Premiere editing app.

- There's a whole team to that supports the process and everyone has to be efficient at their work for this to process to be successful.
