Workflow Quality Manager - Work From Home, Full Time

Major tasks:
- Identifies the project's goals, objectives, and scope and creates a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required.
- Communicate and coordinate with the department managers and owner, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure the project stays on track.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Ensure resource availability, allocation, and feasibility of all tasks/projects.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Evaluate project performance in all aspects

Minor tasks:
- Spearhead tech team and all its deliverables
- Help research market trends

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree in any related field
- 3 to 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager with a proven track record
- Fluent in English – verbal and written
- Great interpersonal skills and a team player
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management tools
- Certification is a plus but not required.
- Must have necessary equipment and tools for a work-from-home setup
