I am looking for the following:
• Work with our SMM to properly set up our
• Create ads copy and design for split testing
• Create a conversion pixel
• Set up conversion tracking
• Design required images or coordinate with our SMM to help design what's needed.
• Upload ads into Ads Manager
• Monitor ads daily
• Send me a weekly report on ads performance, or update me daily if needed.
• Optimize ads for conversions and stop underperforming ads to save money
• Create new ads
• Have biweekly video calls to review ad performance and d
Big plus if you are familiar with Google Ads as well.
You will work directly for our CEO. You will work with and coordinate with our other OFS as needed. We have been in the eCommerce business for over 20 years, with an office in Southern California.
You should enjoy learning, being creative, and being a good communicator. You'll manage our online paid advertising and help with other Social Media tasks to help promote the course.
You should be able to create graphics GIFs, and videos using Canva and help manage course members in Kajabi as needed.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
The Basics:
* Manage and maintain PPC Ads on multiple platforms to drive traffic to the course sales page.
* Collaborate with our web Developer for any tracking code-specifics you might need.
* Collaborate with our SMM and CEO, who will review ad copy and provide feedback.
* Help Manage our Wishlist members and Kajabi Course members
* Provide Timeproof and Daily Reports

You will be highly considered if you have:
* Good working knowledge of Online Ads, internet marketing practices, and SEO
* Have a minimum of 1-year experience managing online ads
You must also know how to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them or a fast learner.
* Google Docs and Sheets, as well as other Google Cloud applications
* Gmail and other
* Google Calendar
* Communications apps like Slack, FB messenger, Google Meet
* Project management software Trello
* Screen capture software (web clipper, Nimbus)
What you'll use the applications for:

* WordPress - managing the member area and anything else necessary to do the job -- Wishlist member.

We would prefer a full-time, 40-hour-a-week position but will consider part-time
Proposed work hours are weekdays from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm Pacific Time (2:00 am - 10:00 am Manila Time).
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6-month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day - you can choose 6 of them to take off.
