Account Manager for Marketing Agency

We are looking for an account manager to work in our marketing agency. We have a team of 5 and we want someone who can coordinate the projects. They need to ensure all projects are on track and we are meeting our deadlines at the highest quality work.

Must have experience managing clients with:

* Facebook Ads
* Google Ads
* SEO

You do not have to know how to do these marketing activities, but you must be able to navigate the user interfaces, read the reports and understand the strategy behind each so you can communicate to clients about it.

Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are:

* Client relationship manager
* Liaise with the client with regular updates
* Help to facilitate tasks/projects between the Agency team and the client
* Check all tasks are being met to deliver online (so we can under promise, over deliver to our clients)
* Invoicing and checking invoices paid\
* Onboarding new clients
* Setting up new onboarding and standard operating procedures
* Weekly meetings with clients and the internal marketing team
* Using ClickUp to manage projects
