Video Editor

In this role, you will work with a small but very successful video agency team, helping to edit promotional, commercial, and social media videos to ensure they stand out and have the wow effect. This is a young and ambitious team, and they are looking for someone very creative with a great sense of humor who loves editing video content and is an artist at heart. Work 50 hours per week during American business hours. The rate ranges from $4 to $8 depending on the experience.

« Fluent in American English, written and oral
« Experience working in a video editing role for 2+ years
« Background in graphic design preferred but not essential
« Experience in editing commercial videos.
« Experience working with foreign clients
« Experience designing and adding graphics to videos
« Must have a portfolio of work (social media, website videos, online video ads, company promo reels)
« Experience following client briefs and interpreting client requirements
« Produce short-form video content for social channels
« Understanding of American target audiences and their style preferences
« Ability to work fast and turn around edited videos quickly and efficiently
« Knowledge of popular video editing tools: Premier Pro, Vegas Pro, After Effects, and Filmora
