JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our real estate residential wholesaling team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing our Smarter Contact web service, communicating with potential customers via text messages, creating effective marketing campaigns, and assisting in closing deals.

Responsibilities:
1. Smarter Contact Management:
a. Utilize Smarter Contact web service to send approximately 4,000 text messages daily to potential customers
b. Organize and maintain contact lists, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
c. Monitor delivery rates, open rates, and response rates to optimize campaign effectiveness.
d. Stay informed about Smarter Contact updates and new features, implementing best practices in text message marketing.
2. Customer Communication:
a. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries and messages.
b. Provide accurate information about available properties, pricing, and other relevant details.
c. Develop a deep understanding of our company’s offerings and be able to address customer questions and concerns effectively.
d. Maintain a friendly and engaging tone in all customer interactions, building rapport and trust.
3. Campaign Creation and Management:
a. Create compelling text message content that aligns with the campaign objectives.
b. Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
c. Uploading daily campaigns.
4. Appointment Scheduling and Coordination:
a. Manage the real estate wholesaler’s calendar and schedule meetings with potential clients.
b. Coordinate with customers to find suitable meeting times.
c. Send meeting reminders and confirmations to all parties involved.
d. Ensure all necessary documents and materials are prepared in advance of meetings in our CRM System

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
• Familiarity with Smarter Contact web service and its functionalities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, all in English with little accent
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of real estate wholesaling or willingness to learn
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including calendar management and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Responds well to constructive feedback
• Self Motivated

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in real estate or a related industry.
• Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes.
• Familiarity with other marketing platforms or tools.
