Profile Description

I worked in a BPO company for 6 years for both voice and nonvoice accounts as a Sales and Customer service representative,  Email and chat support.

I also worked as an Instagram marketer for 3 months and appointment setter for 8 months.
I am a committed and well-motivated person who aspires to hold a position where I will be able to interact with customers daily. I am a fast learner and a highly motivated person. And I would love to have a long-term relationship with the clients in the business.

3. Answered an average of 40 - 80 calls or 65-100 Solve Tickets per day by addressing customer inquiries, solving problems, and providing new product information.

6. Contacted customers to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise, and inform them about promotions and upcoming events.
