Profile Description

I have 4 years experience of working in a call center and 5 years working as a virtual assistant. My skill emphasis is in customer service. I also provide social media marketing and sales services. As a previous call center agent that handles different types of customer's concern from technical to customer service and sales, I know how important customer satisfaction is especially for businesses. I used to work in one of the credit reporting agencies in America as a retention specialist. Also, a technical support specialist in a
telecommunication company based in Canada. And recently, with a real estate company based in the US as a real estate virtual assistant.
