Philippines. With a genuine passion for design and planning, I specialize in
mid to high-end residential houses, offering extensive experience in creating
plans, captivating interior, and exterior visualizations. Currently freelancing and
actively seeking opportunities to enhance my design skills, looking forward to
contributing my capabilities and enthusiasm to your team.

Work experience do include around:
-Completing working drawings ready for submission to acquire building permits. (Including main floor plans, blow up plans, details, schedules, site plans)

-Doing multiple renovation projects from drafting as built plan to proposed plans.
(From hand drawn sketches to scaled computer generated plans showcasing before
and after results.)

-Producing exterior and interior models using SketchUp and walkthroughs through Lumion. (Postprocessing on Photoshop and Movavi video editor)

-Providing project presentations ready for client meetings and approval. (Usually using the produced 2d still images and lay outing on PowerPoint)

-Cost estimates for whole construction starting from site works to turnovers (touch
up repairs) ready to be approved by head architect.

-Collaborated with fellow professionals (Engineers, electricians etc.) to rectify occurring problems during design development.

-Adding to the expertise of using software such as cad, Revit, Chief Architect,
SketchUp, Lumion.
