I'm a tenacious caller. I'm a fast learner. I can easily adapt to new things and I'm willing to learn anything. I am a very motivated and driven individual with a passion for continuous growth and learning.

As for my job experience. I worked in a BPO company before for almost a year as a Real Estate Cold Caller. We're calling US homeowners for potential seller. We're doing outbound call to homeowners in a different states such as Tennessee, Colorado, South Carolina, Texas, Florida and so on. We're asking them if they are interested in selling their properties and getting a few information with regards to their house such as the condition of it, if there's some repairs or remodeling that needs to be done in their property. Their asking price, timeframe and lastly the motivation or the reason for selling their properties. After that I'm going to verify their information and pass it as a lead in the podio of the company and the client.

About the dialer that we're using, I'm familiar with Mojo Dialer, Zen Call or Readymode and Calltools.

I’ve worked in the industry of Real Estate Cold Calling for 10 months and have a considerable amount of transferable experience. In my past job in a BPO company, we're doing outbound calls. We're calling US homeowners for potential seller, asking them some questions such as the condition of their properties, their asking price, their timeframe and lastly their motivation for selling their properties. After that I'm going to verify their information and pass it as a lead in the Podio of the client and the company. The dialer and tools that I'm familiar with were; Calltools, Xencall, Mojo dialer, Podio CRM, Zillow, and Redfin. I'll probably encounter new things and tools that I'm not familiar with but I'm willing to learn anything. I'm a fast learner and I can easily adapt to new things.
