Profile Description

I do have 7 years of experience in the Industry and 5 years in Real Estate Operations, Executive Assistance, Acquisitions, Dispo Marketing, Transaction Coordinating, and Property Management.

In 2019 I started as an Executive Assistant, I worked closely with the CEO, responsible for email and calendar management, meeting coordination, project management assistance, events and travel arrangements, and client relations, on the other hand I was doing cold calls, SMS, PPC, and CRM handling and became Acquisitions Manager after three months, responsible for the overall acquisitions of the property, pulling comps, drafting contracts, and negotiating to homeowners. Eventually became the Operations Manager and acting Director of Operations and I am handling the overall 50 people. I handle acquisitions and dispositions. I created SOPs (247 pager SOP) and workflow automation to streamline our exciting process to more effective and efficient operations.

We were doing wholesaling at the time but we expanded the business and had our other exit strategy which is the fixing and flipping and I am one recipient of building another company from scratch. I built all the Standards of Operations from ground zero. We opted for a brokerage type and started listings, we also have 19 partner agents which I also onboarded them and transitioned from their previous brokerage to ours.
 
And was the property manager in Indianapolis inside the interstate circle. I am managing 47 properties including AirBnB and Vrbo. I handle maintenance concerns, new inquiries, leasing agreements, security, collection of rents, payments, direction, availability, and screening tenants.
