Profile Description

In my previous role as a Real Estate Cold Caller, reaching out to sellers interested in selling their properties. I followed up with those who showed interest before but didn't proceed, as well as those who never showed interest. I noted down important details to qualify leads, such as motivation, price, property details, and preferred dates and times for appointments.
I also worked  Lead Generation Specialist, I focused on finding decision-makers' contact information through lead scraping and skip tracing. This involved using software to gather details from sources like social media and utility records, analyzing the data for potential leads, and organizing it into spreadsheets or CRM systems.

As a Retail Supervisor, my responsibilities encompass various areas:

Staff Management: I oversee and direct store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. This involves task assignment, training, guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.

Customer Service: I ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with any issues during the shopping experience.

Sales and Performance: I set and strive to surpass sales targets and goals for the store team. This includes monitoring sales performance, analyzing trends, and implementing strategies to optimize sales.

Inventory Management: I manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy at all times. This includes receiving and processing shipments, conducting regular stock counts, and addressing discrepancies.

Operational Tasks: I handle day-to-day operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Communication and Reporting: I serve as a link between store staff and upper management, relaying information, updates, and feedback. Additionally, I provide regular reports on store performance and operational metrics.

Training and Development: I identify training needs within the store team and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance skills and performance.

Team Leadership: I motivate and inspire store staff to excel, fostering a positive work environment and leading by example.
I have expertise in utilizing Podio as a CRM platform and Smartphone as a dialer. Additionally, I am skilled in leveraging White Pages, Zillow, and ZoomInfo for skip tracing purposes.

Moreover, I am proficient in using Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, and Skype as communication tools. Furthermore, I am adept at utilizing Google Calendar and Calendly for scheduling appointments.
