Hi My name is Upgrade to see actual info, I am a rising talent in the Virtual Assistance industry. I have been in the BPO industry for over 18 years. I handled a local Telco account here in the Philippines for over 2 years. Part of my task was assisting customers in network connection, bills and overall complaints. Then I transferred to be a customer service assistant in a US Healthcare proivder, Blue Cross of California for 3 years. I was a claim specialist, assisting customers and their family members in claims and reimbursements for their health insurance. I also prequalify potential customers for insurance coverage. After a successful career in the Healthcare industry, I got an offer to transfer to a big Financial Institution, HSBC. I worked for HSBC for a total of 12 years. I have a very diverse experience in customer service and administrative assistance having been employed indifferent fields. I have acquired the skills, discipline and knowledgeto be successful in my career. I am a go getter and very passionate with the work I do. I stay loyal to my job and always ensure to excel in my work. I have an impeccable attendance track record as I value time very much just as much as how I value the business I am in. I maybe am new in the freelancing world, but I can definitely say that I have what it takes to succeed in this field. For a few months I worked as a real estate cold caller for a private investor in the Upgrade to see actual info was a short and sweet experience as my client left their real estate business to start a new business venture outside the country. Part of my task was to do outbound calls using Mojo Dialer and look for homeowners who might be interested in selling their properties.
