I’ve been employed as a real estate VA for at least 6 months where I developed my skills in property management, ownership verification, spreadsheet cleanup, database cleanup, data entry, and data mining. Additionally, I have worked for at least 5 years in total as part of the office staff, serving as a data encoder for an insurance & retail company, handling administrative tasks and collaborating with sales agents.

I am well versed with the following tools and services:

   - Internet Research (Lead Generation/Data Mining)
   - MS Excel & MS Word | Google Spreadsheets & Google Docs

I’m adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
