Profile Description

I love to assist customers with their concerns. I love to go above and beyond what is expected froUpgrade to see actual info to do. I take that extra step to make them feel that I understand what they are going through and I want it to be the best experience they have ever had. I have skills in Computer, Management and Leadership, team management, organizational skills, time management, communication and most especially in customer service and support.
When I was still an agent, I received several certificates for being a top sales agent and a certificate for being the top team lead for the ramp. I also made a material for training (Simulator using Adobe Captivate) which is being used up to the present.
Now, I am already a regular team lead for 5 years. I know how to manage and lead a team of employees. I am setting clear team goals. I am delegating tasks and set deadlines for internal team. I also oversee day-to-day operation and monitor team performance and report on metrics. I know how to motivate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. I know how to use Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint). I am confident that my experience and skills working in a BPO company for 12 years makes me an excellent candidate.
