I am experienced in Washington, Florida, California and Ohio contracts and requirements. I am expert at any systems you may use, including Docusign, Skyslope, Dotloop, Docusign, Command and Transaction Desk. My goal is to help you get out from behind your computer, leverage your time and SELL MORE for only $6 per hour.

Listing Coordinator
•Prepare all listing materials: pre-listing presentation, Listing Agreement, sellers’ disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile, research old multiple listing service (MLS) listings etc.
•  Consult & coordinate with sellers all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements & marketing activities.
•  Obtain all necessary signatures on listing agreement, disclosures and other necessary documentation.
•  Coordinate showings & obtain feedback.
•  Provide proactive weekly feedback to sellers regarding all showings and marketing activities.
•  Coordinate all public open houses and broker open houses.
•  Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed.
•  Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance.
•  Input all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems.
• Markets active listings for maximum buyer and agent Upgrade to see actual infocludes, but not limited to, flyers, Listing Booster, Craigslist, HomesandLand, open house, Zillow, Trulia and Proagent. Follows up with any agents interested in the listing and provide information• Demonstrating solid time management and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and effective client service strategies.• Manage and coordinate the activities of real estate properties, from the time the property is received to the time the home is ready to be listed on the marketplace.
Transaction Coordinator:
• Preparing Listing Agreements, Purchase Agreements, and Disclosures, as well as obtaining client signatures via Docusign and Authentisign.• Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing•  Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.•  Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.
•  Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
•  Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
•  Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
•  Schedule, coordinate & attend closing process.
•  Input all client information into the client database system.
