I have a solid 10 yrs experience working in BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative. It was a fruitful career back then. I gained many awards, recognitions and promotion. Due to family matters, I dUpgrade to see actual info to change path in becoming a freelancer and started working from home since 2017. 

I'm switching between being a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, Appointment Setter, Cold Caller and Customer Service Representative now up to present (which ever opportunity knocks on my door).

Cold calling and customer service are always going to be my first love!!! I always feel great talking to people. I am very comfortable talking on the phone and building rapport with clients in a professional manner. I have a natural upbeat tone and a friendly approach. I both have good verbal and written communication skills and have good probing skills. I am also well-versed when it comes to delivering the bad news in a positive way. I always focus on the things that I can do and not on what I cannot do. I always think outside the box and very creative in solving problems. I don’t take things personally when it has something to do with my job. Always open for feedback for my improvement. I am very organized, efficient, and very keen on details. Can do multi-tasking.

In Real Estate field… I worked with realtors, investors, and wholesalers.  I also have knowledge in setting appointments, text blasting, email blasting, calendar management, email management, leads & buyer's list management, posting ads on various platforms, and other acquisition tasks. I also worked as a Disposition Assistant for a few months. I helped our Disposition Manager handle her daily tasks. I helped her in managing our buyer's list, managing all files of each property we wholesale, drafting contracts using Dotloop (but still needs assistance), social media management ( joining FB groups and doing page blasting and message blasting), dealing with title companies via phone & email with assistance ( opening title requests and follow-ups making sure all transactions are going smooth),  posting properties in Investorlift, sending property details to hedge funds via email and responding to them (B2B) about their offer, and all other RE-related administrative tasks (calling utilities, notary public, realtors, etc.). I have a background in using Five9, Mojo, Callrail, Podio, REI Simple, IPO, Zoiper, Aircall, REIsift, Launch Control, Bacthleads, Investorlift, and other CRMs so I'm very comfortable in learning to use a new one.I am open to additional learning and excited to take on new challenges. You can be sure that I learn fast and will give you 100% results once I’m taught. I can work under minimal supervision and above all, I am trustworthy and I always work with Integrity.
