Here's the deal:
We're searching for a talented and enthusiastic Video Editor and creator to join our growing team. You'll be working with us to create and edit engaging and visually stunning videos that will grab attention and leave a lasting impression.

You must be able to speak and write good in English for this position.

We're looking for a You Tube Video editor who can:

Speak and write good English

Technical Skills...

Video Editing Software: Proficiency in industry-standard editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred), Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. We will test you on Adobe so please do not apply if you do not have experience with Adobe Premier Pro.

Audio Editing: Ability to edit and mix audio tracks, including adding sound effects and music. Ensure lips match up to the sound when playing.

Color Correction and Grading: Knowledge of color correction techniques to enhance the visual quality of videos.

Motion Graphics: A plus is having experience with motion graphics software like After Effects for creating intros, outros, or other visual elements.

Soft Skills...

Strong Storytelling Skills: The ability to understand and convey a narrative through editing techniques.

Creativity and Vision: A keen eye for detail and the ability to create engaging and visually appealing videos.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate with clients, producers, and other creatives.

Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and fix minor errors to ensure a polished final product.

Time Management: The ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.

Additional Qualifications...

Experience in your industry: A plus if the video editor has experience creating videos specific to the coaching niche. If so please highlight that when you contact us.

Understanding of SEO (optional): If you're creating videos for online purposes, it's helpful if you have a basic understanding of SEO optimization for videos.

The tech stuff:

-A PC/Laptop with enough muscle to handle video editing:
-Intel Core i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen 5/7 (newer generations are ideal), and at least 16GB of RAM).
-A large hard drive to store all your amazing video creations (at least 1TB of storage).
-Graphics card, optional.
-A reliable and fast internet connection for uploading and downloading large video files.

We help a lot of people and you will be an important part of that process and our office.

This is a full time job.

We need to hire immediately

Shift:

USA EST Mondays through Fridays - 8:00am - 5:00pm (PHI night 8:00pm to 5am) with 1 hour of break so an 8 hour workday.


Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: 40,000 PHP per month

Quarterly Bonus: 20,000 PHP Every 3 months (we do this in place of the 13th month).

Retirement Plan: We contribute approximately $20 per week to a retirement fund that you use during retirement after age 60. This can be a considerable amount of money in retirement depending on your current age. For someone in their 20s, this would be around $200,000 at age 60 or around 47,000 PHP every month when you retire... this is a very good deal and similar to an American retirement plan.

Health Care: We also give additional money every week for SSS or PhilHealth to our employees as needed.

Pag-ibig - We also give additional money every week for Pag-ibig to our employees as needed.

Paid Time Off: We have paid time off and have some Philippine holidays off such as All Saints day etc.

We are very familiar with Philippine based VA's (we have 18 full time permanent) and include our Philippine friends as Pamilya, and as an important part of our staff. We have never had any of our Philippine friends quit as we treat everyone with respect and as an important part of our team. In fact, in 2022, we took our Philippine friends on all expense paid trip for two to Boracay, as a way of saying thank you. In 2023, we took our Philippine friends on another all expense paid trip for two to Alona Beach in Bohol. During the first week of April 2024, we took everyone to El Nido Palawan. These trips are at no cost to our Filipino friends including food, travel, and lodging, and we stay at high end 5-star resorts such as Hennan resorts.
