JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
As a Senior QA Analyst at our creative agency, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our web projects. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement QA processes that ensure all products meet or exceed our high standards. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of website development, from initial design through to deployment, providing your expertise to ensure the highest quality outcomes.

READ: We use Webflow as our main development tool and website hosting/CMS platform. Strong experience with Webflow is highly favorable.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA processes and procedures across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with development and design teams to understand project requirements and create test plans.
- Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, system, and regression testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies, working closely with designers and developers for resolution.
- Provide detailed reports on test results and progress of quality assurance activities.
- Mentor junior QA staff and lead by example in all aspects of quality assurance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in quality assurance and web development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in website testing.
- Proficient with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in setting up and managing QA processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
- Design experience is a plus.

3-6 month contract will possibility of extension to full time role.
