Senior Delphi Developer

We are looking to hire a passionate software developer to join our small but talented team of software developers
responsible for the development and maintenance of our unique digital products that have a meaningful impact on the lives of thousands of Australians.

To ensure success in this role, you should have proven knowledge of Delphi programming languages, Microsoft SQL Server, and ideally some background in Microsoft Azure. Most importantly, you should be eager to learn about our business and experience a diverse range of technologies.?

Responsibilities?:

- Maintain and improve our proprietary Delphi application.?

- Liaise with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to identify and resolve software defects.?

- Collaborate with stakeholders on new features and write user requirements documentation.

- Write clean code or refactor existing code following coding standards.?

- Manage current technology stack and conducting feasibility studies for upgraded software systems.?

- Create and execute comprehensive test plans



Skills & Experience?:

- Strong experience in Delphi development.?

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.?

- Good troubleshooting skills to find and solve defects.?

- Knowledge of system frameworks Upgrade to see actual info and GitHub.?

- Experience creating and maintaining databases.?

- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science.??



Big Plus:

- Experience Upgrade to see actual info/C# development.?

- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.?

- Knowledge of collaboration tools like SVN, GitHub, Teams, and Jira.?

- Experience working with Agile development technologies.?

- Finance background (ideally in accounting, banking or lending).?
