We are seeking a part-time recruiter to join our team and assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring talented electrical engineers. The recruiter will play a critical role in identifying top-tier candidates who possess the technical skills, experience, and cultural fit to contribute to our company's success.

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with the team to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
-Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
-Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
-Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
-Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
-Assist in negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process.
-Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pool.
-Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience recruiting for engineering roles, particularly in electrical engineering.
-Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
-Certification in recruiting or human resources management (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
