Job Title: Property Manager/Virtual Assistant

Company Overview:
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing Short-Term Rental property management company specializing in providing exceptional stays for guests. As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Position Overview:
As a Property Manager/Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication with our Airbnb guests, cleaners, handymen, and prospective landlords. Your primary responsibilities will include managing guest inquiries and bookings, coordinating cleaning and maintenance schedules, handling filing claims, creating listings, guest relations, and pricing optimization. When time permits, you will also be reaching out to new buildings and landlords to help secure new properties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate promptly and professionally with our guests to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive guest experience.
Coordinate cleaning schedules with our cleaning team to ensure properties are prepared for guest arrivals and departures.
Schedule maintenance and repairs with handymen to address any issues reported by guests or identified during property inspections.
Proactively reach out to new buildings and landlords to explore opportunities for Airbnb listing and negotiate favorable terms.
Manage the process of filing claims for damages or other iUpgrade to see actual info that occur during guest stays.
Create and optimize property listings on Airbnb and other platforms to attract guests and maximize occupancy rates.
Implement pricing optimization strategies to ensure competitive rates and maximize revenue potential.
Build and maintain positive guest relations through timely communication and personalized service.
Maintain accurate records of guest communications, bookings, property maintenance activities, claims, and pricing adjustments.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and document management.

Requirements:
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Previous experience in customer service, property management, or hospitality is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues.
Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in using communication tools such as email, chat, and video conferencing.
Familiarity with Airbnb platform and property management software is a plus.
Experience in handling filing claims, creating property listings, and pricing optimization is highly desirable.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace conducive to remote work.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
