Looking for a Launch Control Expert VA!

We're urgently seeking a proficient Launch Control Specialist VA to join our team. Our company specializes in the acquisition and sale of vacant land nationwide. The primary focus of this role entails utilizing Launch Control for text message outreach and managing responses, particularly with RVMs leads. The ideal candidate will also possess the ability to engage with leads via phone calls to gather necessary information.

Responsibilities:

-Expertly navigate Launch Control to efficiently handle a high volume of leads related to rural vacant land transactions.
-Thoroughly follow up with leads to ensure comprehensive tracking and appropriate action.
-Manage incoming RVMs leads, including promptly returning calls and answering inquiries.
-Engage in phone conversations with RVMs leads to gathering pertinent details, address inquiries effectively, and provide information as needed.
-Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure timely and effective lead management.
-Undertake any other activities pertinent to lead management.
-Adapt seamlessly to shifting priorities and excel in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications:

-More than 3 years of experience in the role/field
-Proficiency with Launch Control for at least 1 year.
-Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
-Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal (Minimal to no accent).
-Strong team player with a keen attention to detail.
-Demonstrated teachability, flexibility, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm EST.

Requirements:
-Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i3 10th gen or equivalent.
-RAM: 8 GB or more.
