To date we have grown organically through referrals, but today we are looking for a proactive and innovative individual to spearhead our new business development efforts and enhance our digital presence. Initially this would be part-time but could progress to full-time depending on workload and results.
Role Overview:
As the Lead Generation Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust strategy to generate new business enquiries. You will work closely with our SEO Manager to increase the visibility of our agency website,
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to generate leads and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the SEO Manager to enhance the SEO performance and overall visibility of
- Manage and optimise the LinkedIn profiles of the company and the CEO to increase followers and engagement, driving more traffic and generating leads.
- Utilise a variety of digital marketing tools and techniques including social media,
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve lead generation efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Proven track record of developing effective lead generation strategies and achieving business growth.
- Excellent understanding of SEO, social media, and digital advertising strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing LinkedIn profiles and building engagement through social media platforms.
