As the Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for managing multiple teams, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception to delivery, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in e-commerce, private labeling, sourcing, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor multiple product management teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that drives growth and enhances our competitive position in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align product initiatives with overall business goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to track performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the quality of our products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and maintain our competitive edge.


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management roles, with a track record of success in leading teams and scaling operations.
-Significant experience with e-commerce, private labeling, sourcing, project management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, prioritize initiatives, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting insights, and using metrics to drive decision-making and measure success.
