Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Strategist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective email marketing strategies to engage our audience, drive conversions, and optimize our email performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing funnel and a proven track record of creating successful email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels to attract, engage, and retain customers through email.
- Create compelling email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows.
- Utilize avatars to enhance audience segmentation and personalization in email marketing efforts.
- Write engaging and persuasive email copy that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and other relevant data points.
- Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing.

Qualifications:

- In-depth understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey mapping.
- Experience leveraging avatars or personas to enhance audience targeting and personalization (preferred but not required).
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive email copy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a positive attitude and a passion for driving results.
